Description:

Never want to leave the floor? No problem! Or feel like floor work always has you feeling clunky? This is for you! This series of 4 classes develops and hones skills needed for safe and body-friendly floor work. Class is founded in Bartenieff-style groundwork and evolves from it to more complex sequences. It will include a short warm-up and phrases.
