Description:

Just what is needed for the dancer’s overworked and sometimes imbalanced body, this 4 week series caters the self-care needs of dancer’s bodies. Participants will walk away from the series with clear tools for using a foam roller and tennis ball to treat their regular problem areas. Participants need to own a foam roller, two tennis balls, and a knee high or tube sock.
